Bio
I’m a wellness coach, educator, writer, RYT 200 yoga scholar-practitioner, museologist, and cultural historian with research and teaching interests that focus on community organizing and healing from trauma. I’ve led public and corporate holistic wellness workshops in collaboration with CourseHorse, the Covid Grief Network, Reimagine, Umoja Events’ Annual Juneteenth Festival, Yoga Alliance, and Rutgers University. My practice combines formal training with institutions like the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, the Dream Bigger Foundation, Off the Mat Into the World’s Yoga in Action Leadership Program, and the Climate Reality Project with a passion for public service. I believe in coaching that combines creativity and development for maximum wellness. My mission is to revitalize individuals and teams by holding brave spaces in which everyone is heard and acknowledged, establishing a model of sustainable dialogue for cultural shifts.
